Garden Coves Cinco De Mayo!
Eagan Pointe Garden Cove units celebrated Cinco de Mayo with homemade piñatas. Each tenant took their turn whacking the piñata, trying to bust it open. After they were busted open, the tenants indulged themselves with homemade guacamole and chips! Some even wore a sombrero! Muy divertido!

Eagan Pointe Tenants were visited by an impromptu group of Folk Dancers on May Day. One of the dancers was a son of Eagan Pointe tenants Bill and Barb Hodapp. The dance group usually dances in parks in celebration of May Day but asked to swing by Eagan Pointe since it was SNOWING on May Day!

The tenants in Garden Cove at Eagan Pointe made self-portraits of themselves. They were given hand held mirrors to look at themselves and draw/create what they saw on their paper. The pictures show their results!
