At the end of January, the Eagan Pointe Senior Living community celebrated its Winter Carnival. On June 15, Eagan Pointe Senior Living celebrated its 7th anniversary! Typically, gifts for a copper anniversary are copper (?) and wool, to symbolize warmth.
