We certainly got into the Halloween spirit here at Eagan Pointe last month! Several residents made Halloween lanterns of either Frankenstein’s monster, a ghost, or a more classic jack-o’-lantern. We also made treat bags for students at the nearby St. John Neumann Preschool. In return, they gave us handcrafted pumpkins for a pumpkin patch. With fall just around the corner, we’ve been celebrating the season change with a State Fair food happy hour and other fun summer events at Eagan Pointe. Tenants at Eagan Pointe Senior Living recently enjoyed a Happy Hour event as well as samples of Minnesota State Fair foods.
