On June 15, Eagan Pointe Senior Living celebrated its 7th anniversary! Typically, gifts for a copper anniversary are copper (?) and wool, to symbolize warmth. We felt all the love and warmth from residents during this special celebration that included fancy decorations, a delicious barbecue dinner, and a mega ice cream sundae dessert — served in a copper pot. ?

Some of our Eagan Pointe Senior Living residents recently kicked off their Sunday shoes and had a blast attending a performance at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatres.
Everybody cut “Footloose” for this amazing song and dance show that had us all dancing in our chairs and singing along to these oh-so-famous songs.

Garden Cove residents at Eagan Pointe Senior Living prepared for summer flowers with some arts and crafts. We grabbed our brushes, tapped into our creativity, and added color and flair by painting flower pots.

Our Assisted Living and Independent Living residents at Eagan Pointe Senior Living prepared for the Fourth of July holiday weekend with some arts, crafts, and patriotic spirit. We created and decorated wreaths using clothes pins and red, white, and blue stars. ?⬜?⭐

On July 1, we kicked off the Independence Day weekend with a Patriotic Happy Hour event at Eagan Pointe Senior Living. Residents wore red, white, and blue attire and enjoyed a variety of RW&B cocktails. The drinks we served included a Red Raspberry Martini, a White Summer Berry Punch, and a Blue Hawaiian.
We recently welcomed summer and gussied up our community by planting flowers in Garden Cove at Eagan Pointe Senior Living.
Dorothy, one of our residents, got some help from activity staff member Breanna to transfer some of these beautiful flowers to bigger pots, where they can grow and thrive. ??
